I recently bought my first car with Ballincollig Motors and it was an excellent experience. Johnny and JP were really helpful throughout the process and answered all my queries patiently and promptly. I highly recommend Ballincollig Motors. Also, the price of the car was fair and it was in great state. There were a few minor things to be fixed, which were done before I collected the car.

Excellent experience. Was a bit apprehensive going in on my own as I don't know much about cars other than driving them (!) and had a bad buying experience in the past (and with others that I had shopped around with recently) but John Paul was great. Cars for almost all budgets. Brought the car to my own mechanic for a look over and had a few issues fixed within warranty period with no hesitation.

My first time buying newish car so I was very nervous. I uave been looking for specific spec of the car I wanted and JohnPaul happened to have it. Car was serviced and cleaned before handed to me. JohnPaul was very nice to deal with always on the other side of the phone. There was one or two small things with the car that needed fixing and it was all sorted straight away. I have been well looked after buying a car from Ballincoling motors and would recommend to anyone buying a car

Make sure you pay a deposit that its fully refundable should you be unable to complete the purchase, I paid a €500 Euro deposit and all I got back was €250 as i was unable to complete the purchase, I don't mind paying something for the inconvenience but €250 Euro is just robbery,
