I bought my first car, a Ford Fiesta, from Owen last year. The car was in great condition and the process couldn't have been any easier. I've driven it a lot more than I had originally anticipated but its held up really well. Whenever I end up replacing this car I'll definitely be calling back.

Got a full service at last minute last weekend. I’m very impressed. My car is like new. It’s my fourth service in this car and there has always been issues with it. Reasonable price also. I’ve had my last few jobs done with these guys now and no complaints.

Called in recently to get four new tyres put on my car. I didn’t notice until I got home however that around 10” of paint had been scratched off the circumference of one rim, as well as over 6” from two others by a careless fitter.
I brought the car back the following morning and was immediately just dismissed out of hand. I can understand the owner in a tough spot in so much as it’s my word against the fitters, but to be told ‘He says they were all like that when they came in and my mechanic doesn’t lie’ just isn’t good enough.
As I didn’t take any photographs before I went in I’m now I’m left with three damaged rims and not a leg to stand on.
