Bought a car off these a year ago , car was booked in for it's yearly service which was a service b apparently! This consists of oil and oil filter , when car was dropped off they said they would send a video of them doing a check over on the car !! Great , what they didn't say was they were charging for that service ( the video check over ) was not asked was that ok and it would be such an amount for that !!  The result , I was handed a bill of 299 euro !! Fir what was an oil and oil change! When quizzed about it I was told that that was the rate and it was cheap !! Just left my 2024 mercedes into get it's b service done say thing ,oil and oil filter , the bill from mercedes 130 euro , so it's safe to say I won't be back to Windsor rip of motors ,for a service or my next car , buyer beware , and certainly don't get any work done on. Your car here
