Bought my car here and dealt with Sean who made the purchase very easy. Also serviced the car with them and all I have to say they're very pleasant to deal with, they updated me on progress and also gave me an estimate. They also cleaned and hoovered the car.  Have no complaints at all and highly recommend them.

Lovely experience, couldn’t be nicer, they even made me a coffee. So glad we went with Michael Moore. Even hoovered and washed my car.   There’s a reason why there the best in the business.

The customer service is very good. I’m confident in the work done. I’m less confident in the preventative measures being recommended and the costs involved. These are not being communicated well enough

I came in with a problem: my headlight wasn't working. Six hours later, they said, "Yes, your headlight isn't working." Pay 540 euros for an inspection. If you want, we'll fix it, but it'll cost 960 euros. A new headlight from Germany costs 520 euros. I don't recommend going to these idiots.
