As far as sales go, excellent! Very professional and thorough 5 stars. But, i highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced and looked after elsewhere. This is by no means a reflection on Windsor group itself - just Windsor Drogheda. The Service Manager and his assistant are not helpful and dismissed me on numerous occasions when i returned with faults. First a battery replacement - turned out to he an oil cooler then a caliper/handbrake problem, which they told me was frost - turned out to be a faulty handbrake assembly. Service center is a rush job! Be careful.

Absolutely dreadful experience . Had a service in March and Front Brakes replaced. When returning the car the bonnet wasn't properly secured on one side and the "complementary" wash and hoover was a very poor standard. So roll on 4 months and the Front Brakes are squealing and the car was brought back to be checked and was told it wasn't a problem and that the brakes were fine and if I wanted I could have a better quality pad fitted at extra expense. Shane was explaining this to me and was dismissive and condescending. So on my return journey home the brakes were squealing again and when I looked at my car I saw that the Alloy wheel was damaged from the impact driver used to remove the wheel. Absolutely awful place avoid at all costs.
