Excellent service and I got the car I wanted at a fair price. Anthony & Roger followed up quickly on all queries and requests. Highly recommended.

Just brought my first car from Anthony in Proven Auto , a fantastic Peugeot 208.
Couldn't be happier with his service. Very friendly and helpful

My choice of car, which I will never regret, was based off an informed decision. Thanks to Josh, an experienced, ebullient young man, who took his time to walk me through it all. His vast knowledge about cars was both exceptional and helpful.
I would always recommend Proven Auto to anyone who wants a good and trustworthy car.
Proven Auto, the best car dealer ever!

Way to go!

Excellent service provided, 100% trustworthy. Anthony looks after you down to the last detail of your purchase. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a good car.

My experience with Proven Auto has been nothing short of appalling, and I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to stay well away.
I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from Proven Auto and only later discovered that it had previously been written off. At no point during the sales process was I informed of this. Had I been told the truth about the jeep’s history, I would never have bought it.
Since purchasing the jeep, it has also suffered from engine issues. Two independent mechanics have identified concerns, yet Proven Auto has repeatedly refused to acknowledge that anything is wrong until it stops driving.Rather than taking responsibility, they have simply denied there is an issue.
To make matters worse, the jeep had to be returned under warranty because of a steering fault. Instead of dealing with the matter professionally and providing me with a courtesy car I was left without a vehicle for 4 weeks while they had the jeep. Throughout that time, communication was poor, excuses were made, and I was left chasing them constantly and completely inconvenienced with no regard for the disruption this caused.
When I discovered the vehicle had previously been written off, I requested a full refund, which I am entitled to under Irish consumer law. That request was refused. Instead, I was offered the opportunity to buy a Hyundai Tucson from the dealership as a replacement. After everything that had happened, there was absolutely no chance I was going to spend another cent with them.
The issue surrounding the undisclosed write-off history is now being dealt with by my solicitor, and I have also involved the CCPC. It should never have reached this stage, but I have been left with no alternative.
This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Between the undisclosed write-off history, the ongoing engine concerns, the four weeks without my jeep because of a warranty repair, and the refusal to provide a refund, I have completely lost confidence in this dealership.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from Proven Auto to go elsewhere .

Unfortunately, my experience with Proven Auto Ltd continues to deteriorate.
Since raising my concerns, I have received what I consider to be incredibly low settlement offers, including €1,000 to essentially forget about the situation and move on. I even offered to take a significant financial hit on the invoice value simply to bring this matter to an end, but this was rejected.
I was then labelled a “bully” for saying I intended to make my experience more public. My intention is simply to warn other potential customers so they can carry out their own checks and hopefully avoid a similar situation. I find being called a bully for standing up for myself and pursuing what I believe are my consumer rights incredibly harsh and unfair.
I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter reasonably. I simply want to return the Jeep and seek the refund I believe I am entitled to under Irish consumer law.I will continue pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels and sharing my experience so potential customers can make an informed decision and thoroughly check a vehicle’s history before purchasing from Proven Auto Ltd
