Great experience from start to finish with Annesley and Richard when purchasing my Nissan Leaf. Rockfield Cars is a most professional, courteous  and reliable company and I will be buying my next car there also!

The car had serious problems when it was sold to me, which were only discovered because I took it to a private garage. The service from Richard was terrible from start to finish. The car was "immaculate, serviced by the manufacturer, "perfect."

But after buying the car I had to travel to their services several times, losing my time, and they were never able to fix all the problems. At one stage, they even stopped replying to my messages.

Eventually the company owner spoke to me & refunded my money, but I spent more than 4 months dealing with this. Also, trying to recover the extra money I had paid for a warranty (for a car that was meant to be in perfect condition)  was also difficult and time-consuming.
