Just purchased my Nissan juke off the lads at Grange Car motors. They made sure there was a new NCT for me even though it wasn’t out of date until May, they put a new timing belt in the car because there was no service history book which I appreciated so much. The car just needed a new wheel after the NCT which they supplied and fit. There was a little delay with my car and they offered to deliver it to my house for me. So far a very positive experience. Bought a car this week and staff including graham and sam very receptive to queries and have helped with promptly resolving some teething issues with the car. Will give proper review once warranty expires assuming no issues but so far a smooth process.

I recently visited Grange Car Sales after contacting Graham a week in advance to view Opel Astra Estate that was advertised on their website. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Despite the website stating that all cars are valeted and serviced, the car I came to see had clearly not been prepared for sale. All the disc brakes and pads are at the end of their lifespan and need to be replaced, along with the front tires. Graham assured me that everything would be addressed, but shouldn’t the car have been fully serviced and ready for sale as advertised? Also the car had poorly fixed front damage that was not mentioned online, and the front bumper, grill, and lights were not aligned properly. Furthermore, the left front door was hanging out of alignment, presenting further concerns about its condition.
Given that this car had been on the lot for some time, I expected it to be in much better shape. I would advise potential buyers to verify vehicle conditions in person before making the trip.
