Requested a service including all filters and oil plus some warranty issues,
when picking the vehicle up only the oil had been changed with a list of other jobs that needed doing but the jobs I requested not were not done,
I stated very clearly on booking the vehicle and twice when handing it in at the service desk what I required,
when asked why it was not done properly after getting the final invoice in my hand as no one could answer my question previous to me reading the sheet what had been done, both the staff just looked at me like I was speaking another language,

Also the sheet stated I needed a my brakes done and all new brake fluid which was only done the last time the car was there less than three months ago, you do NOT change a vehicles break fluid every three months, so either the job I paid for three months ago was not completed and I charged it someone was incompetent, either way the bill would of landed at me, your service department is a joke
