The timing belt needed to be changed in my car. I rang Donagh Hickey Motors and was transferred to the service department by a lovely secretary. I spoke to both Tadhg and Alex in that department. They couldn’t do enough for me and even gave me a courtesy car while they were repairing my own. I also bought my car there. A great experience and would recommend to anyone to go there to buy or repair.

Bad experience with something that needed to be fixed on my Dacia Duster a few weeks ago . Poor initial  customer service so I left .  I went to another Dacia dealer in Kerry and got excellent service in a lovely comfortable setting the same day .  Saying good morning and having a smile is the difference between a good first impression and deciding you'll never do business there. Since above review I was contacted by Donagh Hickey and he took on board my issue . I don't like leaving bad reviews , business is hard enough these days ., this might have been an isolated incident.    Based on his quick response and assurances on continuing good customer service I have amended my rating .  Thanks .
