Full nut and bolt restoration, in factory condition Body off chassis rebuild Body: Underbody primed and finished in grey raptor liner Chassis media blasted/primed and finished in black raptor liner. Rear axle and all suspension arms blasted/primed and finished in black paint. Inside chassis and all body sections injected with cavity wax. All factory holes in chassis and body plugged with rubber grommets to prevent dirt and water ingress. Suspension: New shocks. All new bushings and ball joints- genuine Toyota and blueprint. New drop links. New camber adjusters and bolts. Brakes: New genuine Toyota steel and rubber brake pipes throughout. New discs and pads. New handbrake shoes and springs. New handbrake cables. New backing plates. Reconditioned calipers using genuine Toyota repair kits. Transmission: New filter and sump gasket genuine Toyota. Genuine Toyota ATF WS oil. New transmission steel oil cooler pipes genuine Toyota. Front and rear differential oils changed. Transfer box oil changed. Engine: New genie Denso Toyota injectors. Timing belt kit and water pump. Inlet manifold and EGR valve removed and cleaned. New genuine Toyota gaskets used upon reassembly. New oil/air and fuel filters. Coolant changed. New genuine Denso Toyota alternator. New fan belt. New exhaust and heat shields. Stainless steel and anodised nuts/bolts and washers used throughout. New genuine Toyota Prado bumper protector. New genuine Toyota bonnet and wind deflectors. Reverse camera. Rear park sensors. Roof spoiler and spare wheel cover. New rear light brackets in rear bumper. Several new clips and brackets used throughout.
