We bought a car from Blue Diamond recently. We received a great service from John and team. He was friendly, honest and responded quickly to any queries we had. Thanks again.

I had a really smooth experience selling my car. The process was straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish.

Communication was clear, the offer was fair, and everything was handled professionally with no messing around. Payment was prompt and exactly as agreed.

John took the misery away from the tyre kickers, endless texts and no shows. Professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with from the beginning of the process to the end. Highly recommended

Rang Wednesday morning first thing, ad said appointment only, he told me the car was getting valeted so come at 5, no problem, left work an hour early and drove all the way down to crosshaven. 2 people already looking at it? Thought it was appointment only? was told they haven’t driven it. So I drive it within 2 minutes of coming in, was not even gone 5 minutes of the test drive, I walk back into the garage to be told it’s sold to the other 2. I was far too nice about this situation due to the shock of what happened, how can you sell the car while I’m test driving it and I should have had first preference considering I made the appointment and I actually drove the car. So not only was my time completely wasted it was a case of shrugging the shoulders just sell the car no matter what. I really shouldn’t have been nice about it because my time was totally wasted it, the more people I tell about this situation the more people are shocked about it. So just a word of advice don’t bother making an appointment because it means absolutely nothing and your time will be completely wasted.

The dealership/owner is not trustworthy, sold a car with a major problem when the engine was cold and did not warn us about it. When confronted, 2/3 days after the purchase, with the problem, just blocked the contact and shutdown calls.
After being confronted in person and with lawyers involved, still refused to return the car/money but said he would help us, paying for the fix on the car in his mechanic.
On the day of the repair, the mechanic said it waas 400 cash, no card accepted and it had to be us to pay and then the dealership would return us the money. WE stood there for more than an hour trying to solve the situation.
The mechanic did not fix the problem properly and made the car leak oil to the street.
Do not buy a car from him is my best advice. Not a serious/trustworthy dealership.
