Everything was perfect! The car runs smoothly and feels great. The only thing that could be improved is communication, sometimes there was a bit of a delay in responses. That being said I highly recommend this dealership for their excellent service and quality vehicles!

I purchased a used BMW 5 Series (black, 196,406 km) from West Dublin Motor Company on January 25th, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing.

Shortly after purchasing the car, it began smoking and presented serious mechanical issues that were not disclosed prior to sale. I reached out multiple times for assistance, hoping the issue could be resolved fairly. Instead, I received the following response:

"We have no record of your name on file. Are you sure you have the correct garage? We know nothing about this. If you could give me a ring, I’d be happy to be of assistance."

This kind of response is both dismissive and unacceptable, especially when I have a sales invoice in my name with full purchase details (including time, date, vehicle, and dealership contact info).

I contacted the number provided, but nothing was resolved. I was hoping for support, not deflection. Being told “we know nothing about this” while holding the physical proof in hand is incredibly frustrating.

I remain open to resolving this issue professionally, but based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and proper after-sales support — especially when dealing with major purchases like a car.

Stay away! I would not recommend this car dealership. The owner seems to think that if you buy a second hand car that “there’s always going to be some sort of fault stored in a car 12 years old”.
Since day one the ‘Engine Malfunction service now’ has been beeping and flashing on the dash. This was followed by the engine light.

The salesman Paul has been attentive and professional but unfortunately just nothing getting done. Back and forth contact for two/three weeks and then nothing after agreeing to fix it.
