Toyota Hilux 2.8 SR5 DOUBLE CAB // LOTS OF EXTRAS

recently brought my 2022 Toyota Hilux to Toyota Sandyford for a recall involving an underbody treatment and ECU software update, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Keith in the Service Department was excellent from start to finish. He helped get everything booked in, organised the pre-inspection, and kept the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. He even noticed that the battery in my spare key (which had been hanging up unused for a long time) was dead and replaced it free of charge, which was a very thoughtful touch. When the vehicle needed to be away for a week to have the underbody treatment completed, Ian in Sales arranged a brand-new Toyota C-HR for me to use in the meantime. That made a huge difference and ensured there was no disruption at all. The entire process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on looking after the customer. They made what could have been an inconvenience incredibly easy from start to finish. A big thank you to Keith, Ian, and the team at Toyota Sandyford. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a dealership that truly looks after its customers.

As a regular of Toyota Sandyford the customer service received is best in class in an industry often known for lapsing in this area. We dealt with Keith Morris for a second hand car and he was a pleasure to deal with, always on hand to respond to queries and advise as necessary.
