John O Rourke was professional and courteous, going above and beyond to source a car after my own was declared beyond economic repair after an accident, and also provided a courtesy car in the meantime.He also understood my financial constraints, and was very informative on explaining type of finance I was going for. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the type of car in question,(changed to an automatic petrol hybrid to try to save on fuel costs ) and patiently took me for practice drives .. A couple of minor issues re paperwork were sorted out and I am now happily properly back on the road. A true gentleman, of which there are very few left Would be very happy to recommend!
