Toyota Land Cruiser LAND CRU SWB COMMERCIAL 2DR

After leaving a review i was contacted by Toyota Naas representatives. We met again and discussed about the problem, i gave my care for a test with Toyota Naas to be driven for 7 days. They said that because i already replaced all yhe fluids on the car and have the documentation as well that confirm my saying, the clutch fluid was replaced again making sure that there are no anomalies found after replacement. It was done for free as i paid beforehand in Toyota Cavan dealer. Will take the care if there are any issues still will take another video and will return the car for further investigation. Hope the issue is sorted 🙏. I bought a toyota Corolla Silver Manual from Toyota Cavan. I had a problem i could not put into Gear after a while. I called toyota abd they said the car will be brought to Toyota Naas for repairs. The driver who picked up the car to bring it on a trailer to Naas said straight away that it has a problem either with Clutch or Hidrolic pump for gear. Now i did take a video of the problem and Toyota Naas said there is no problem with the car. They made me pay extra 192 euros because it was nothing wrong with yhe car and the insurance doesn't cover any expenses in that case. So i took the car from them and i felt it straight away that the work was done and what happened there is the following. They had to repair for free but they said it is nothing wrong with the car and now it tuns smoothly without any problems so work was done on it. And they did squeeze extra 192 euros from me anyway. I am ADI instructor in all the categories you don't make a fool out of your customers i know when you can or can't put into gear. I will attach a video of the problem and the receipt as proof. That's a nice scheme you have insurance for 1 year but you willl still pay for your repairs because they like to make a fool out of you. Be careful 🧐 🙏. I did leave a 3 Star review because despite of all that the problem is sorted 👍. But this approach to make a bit extra besides insurance is degrading and unprofessional.
