Woke up to a Dead Battery in Ashdown Car Park. Walked to Boggan Toyota Explained my Problem. One of the Lads drove me back to my car told me I had left parking lights on. Got Car started for me told me to go for a drive.and of I wanted could get a free Battery check. All this and would not take payment. Great Service Thanks.

Hello, on the 23rd of January I had a service done on my car in Toyota Boggans Gorey. After service was done,
I noticed that my car was washed.
It was raining that day,so it wasn't very clear if it's done properly or not. I paid for the service and left.
I went to a shopping centre which had
car park under the roof. After an hour of shopping I came back to my car,which at that point was dry,
and noticed that it has scratches all over the body.
I brought my car 2 months earlier to professionals to do polishing and put ceramic coating on it. As you can imagine I was disappointed as it
wasn't cheap
and I do my best to keep my car in perfect condition. Straight away I came back to Toyota Boggans Gorey to ask how did scratches happened.

Boggans Gorey straight away started to say that it is not their fault as they use certified products for cleaning. But he asked for pictures of
scratches as I mentioned
before it was raining that day and they were quite invisible at that moment. I sent him pictures and waited for a respond.
He called me the next day to
tell me that they won't do anything about it as I can't prove that it was done there.
Overall I am shocked how this was handled as I was expecting professional
service and now I am left with destroyed body work as it requires stage 3 polish and ceramic coating again, and Toyota denies any responsibility.
I would advise
everyone to check their car visually before accepting the car from them - Toyota Hugh Boggans Gorey co Wexford.
