I felt when I was in to buy a car, Neal was super friendly and could not do enough, but in hindsight it all feels like it was to get a sale (asked him a query to be told on a month’s holiday, instead of asking a college to get in touch)

They sold me a car in January 2023 for 21.5k, then in August I had two Toyota garages tell me it had devalued too 17K and one even said maybe it was overpriced, I tried to question this too no reply (as I said Neal just said on holidays and then got no reply to my email)

I had an issue where my reverse camera was broken and eventually (having to wait till he starts work at 12 then two more hours till he rang) Dara was very helpful and pushed to get me sorted as best he could

As I said it's just about better than every other Toyota garage, but this isn’t saying much and will REALLY make me reconsider ever going with Toyota for my car needs again (especially when you have a warranty that most Toyota dealerships don't want to honour)

Dara rang me calling me a liar, shouting and abusing me over this review so I hung up, then he rings me straight back. You're then asked to get in touch, I don't think so
