I have been doing business many many times over the decades with Carroll and Kinsella. I have found them always to be most professional and helpful; this most recent experience with Stephen Briggs, being no exception. Throughout the whole process concerning my purchase of a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid he kept in regular contact with much friendly understanding and made the whole transaction as easy as it could be. Although the car itself is a pleasure to drive, both around town and on country runs, it takes a considerable time to understand its many features; all the more difficult for one who is not at all tech savvy!! It's a considerable pity that Toyota don't produce a manual in hard copy!

He explained all the details about the car and helped me with the car tax and toll tag and with paying off the car loan I had for my previous car. The coffee in the showroom is very nice indeed.
