Nothing negative, from the timei called to book an appointment, they slotted the timings acording to my requirements and on the day, they were prepared for me to drop the car, and when they sent message that the car is ready, I had to go back both the times it was a very pleasant experience. And the maintenance on the car was done so good that I could notice the performance change.

I brought my Auris in for annual service at 9.15 today. I got a call to say that a small sensor needed to be replaced under warranty at 12.30 and that my car was ready. Very happy with the service.
