A family business trading since 1924, Malone’s are already established as the Toyota Dealer in Navan Co Meath before opening its new premise in Drogheda on the 2nd of January 2014. Malone’s Navan became a Toyota Dealer in 1973 and the Dealership guided by Dealer Principal John Malone, is recognized for its excellent customer service for both sales and aftersales. Malone’s Drogheda commenced operations on January 2nd employing over 10 people with the expectation of further employment as the business grows and the car sales increase in 2014.

called yest to enq re buying a car and have to say i left deflated at the attitude of the person i spoke with, frankly he couldnt care less, was condescending and had O interest in me or my cash. Do yourself a favour and take ur hard earned cash elsewhere

"Terrible customer service. A staff member in the parts department deliberately put me on hold for 5 minutes. When I redialed, he acted like he couldn’t hear me—twice. The third time, I asked if he was unwilling to help, and suddenly, he could hear just fine—only to hang up on me. A bad employee can damage a company’s reputation. Hope you improve your service. All the best!"

The parts team guy that you get connected to is useless and won’t even speak to you . He is patronising- puts you on hold immediately on picking up and acts like he can’t hear you when you speak. When I called him out about this repeated behaviour, he hanged up immediately.  Please leave your job if you have no interest in helping customers. My request to the manager of this establishment is to look into it as it is highly unprofessional behaviour and not expected from a main Toyota dealer.

Even worse than the Navan branch

Left waiting for over an hour as people walked in the door and got served before me. Sales staff walking past and ignoring you. Hadn't even the manners to shake hands or introduce themselves.

Trying to flog a 24K car covered in scratches and chips and then told sure it's secondhand not new and all be fixed with valet (why not have it right for viewing)

Rusty razor blade beside boot hinge, was told might be from a valeter after saying the car needed one to excuse the state it was in

Told me there's a problem with my auto between 2nd and 3rd gear, I dunno how he made it into 3rd gear in a tiny carpark

As ever sell sell sell and won't listen to other places cheaper, or attempts to get something extra thrown in for such an expensive car

Told I'll be coming from Dublin to look at the car then was saying people were test driving it earlier

Couldn't even tell me if satnav or android auto in the car and mumbled something when pressing the map button didn't work

Tools missing from boot

Said would ring about satnav/android auto and never did

Left waiting for 25 minutes. Nowhere near good enough
