This place feels like an unqualified garage rather than an official Toyota service. Avoid. We’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Meehan's, who supposed to be 'the official Toyota representative'. The first time, they broke our glove box and we had to return for repairs. The second time, they replaced our windscreen and lost our VIN number, then blamed us, saying we didn't have it when we proved we had, they did nothing to fix the issue. Completely unprofessional, lazy, and careless.  They damage Toyota’s reputation, and we’ll be reporting this to consumer protection authorities.

Went in for a service with them, pay full price and the gearbox blows within weeks afterwards. Clutch was marked as recommended but I was told it would last another good while before needing repairs (still no mention of the gearbox - it was never raised on the service report).

Took a long time to even get a response back as to why it was missed on the report. Went back and forth for weeks to even get a proper phone call back (all this while my car is sitting at home, undriveable). Would avoid getting your car serviced here
