Well I haven’t bought a car here but the service at the counter in the shop is EXCELLENT. I had been there before and thought that also but today my mum needed a mass card and honestly in most places people look at you asking what is a mass card. No not in this place…the guy actually pulled up a range of cards for us to choose from and was just so nice. I respect. Thanks that person who sold us that card - great service

My car broke down in Tralee opposite your estate with my family in it. They were very flexible and helpful. After 10 minutes, I was able to continue the journey home with the rented car. The car was in very good condition and very clean. I am grateful to them for their help and I recommend their services to everyone.

The car was exactly what I ordered and I had no issues. Staff were very helpful from start to finish and would definitely recommend to others and would use again. Special thanks to Marta who was extremely understanding and I was able to extend the length of my rental with no problem. She is so good at her job and it’s always a pleasure talking to her.

I had reserved a rental for my visit home from New York in June. The day before I was due to fly out I managed to break two toes. I had to wear a boot and the  insurance wouldn’t cover me. They were both so kind and understanding of my situation and with no hesitation refunded my deposit. I will be returning for another visit later on this year and I definitely will be renting if not buying a vehicle from O’Connors. They are the best of the best!
