I phoned in search of a wiper linkage for my merc.Tomas was extremely helpful and had it delivered the next day. Very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a set of clocks, first was faulty, fair enough,  so sent it back, second was older and again was faulty, got it checked by a technician to certify this. Won't refund the returns costs for the faulty parts..
Also states:

'We actually dont even do refunds on electrical products at all.'

'Im not refunding you.'

I replaced the clocks from elsewhere and now the 🚗 is working fine.

There's no electrical problems with my car, only they've a problem understanding good customer care and the laws around sale of good, which must be of 'merchantable quality.'
