Michael Moore Car Sales employs a staff of 30 and we have been established in 1972.

Our sales team comprises of Michael Moore, sons Brendan Moore and Robert Moore, and Frank Fitzpatrick while Ken Furlong is our financial consultant.

Other key company members are Accountant Fergus Byrne, After sales Manager Paul Joslin, our Administration Staff Catherine Moore, and Serena Brennan. Our Service Manager is Paul Joslin, Service Advisor is Liam O' Brien and Brendan Donnelly is our Service Receptionist. Damien Kennedy looks after our Warranty Department.

Our state of the art workshop contains 8 technicians and 2 in our Bodyshop. A team of 4 work in our valeting bay. Our parts consists of Parts Manager Samuel Justin and Parts Advisor Vernon Fanning.

All of our cars are sold with a warranty and have had a history check completed while our second hand Volkswagen cars are put through a 141 point test before we advertise them

Finance can be arranged with our Financial manager Ken Furlong, right now we have some really low APR rates, and we are open Monday to Saturday to help deal with all inquiries

Brendan was brilliant to deal with from start to finish I’ll definitely be returning to him, highly recommend, hassle free.

I would strongly advise avoiding them. My experience with the service department, particularly with supervisor Liam was extremely disappointing. His conduct was unprofessional and discourteous to the extent that I felt compelled to submit a formal complaint to Volkswagen Ireland.

On multiple occasions, service tasks were not completed as agreed and when these issues were raised the response was defensive and at times, confrontational. Overall, I found the department consistently failed to meet its commitments to customers and did not provide the level of service one would reasonably expect.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone.

I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly
