I have been a customer of Blackwater Motors for 5 years now & I booked my car into their Service Dept in Forge Hill, Cork on the 29th March 2022. I left the car with them all day and picked it up from them that same evening, but when I got home, I realised that my car had been damaged so I went straight back to the garage to explain what had happened. The staff member that I had dealt with previously, took a picture of the damage and said he would show it to his Service Manager and that I would receive a call the following morning. By lunchtime the next day I had still not heard anything back, so I rang them and left a message for their Service Manager to contact me and I also emailed them as I heard nothing back from them. When I did receive a call, I was told that they would review their cameras and come back to me. Since then I have left several messages and given them more than enough time to do what is necessary to try and resolve this problem. I am still waiting on a call from them. I feel very let down by this company due to their lack of care and professionalism. I left my car with them for service, it was damaged when it was in their care and now they are ignoring me to get it resolved. Very poor service, I would not recommend them for the way I have been ignored and treated here. Its not what you would expect from a main Volkswagen Dealership, not a good reflection on them or the Volkswagen Brand.
