Service Department has gone from poor to deplorable. Booked in car 2 weeks in advance, they ordered the wrong part. Car was sitting there for most of the day and only informed me close to close of business. Rushed over to be met with a huge queue of people looking for their cars, no communication from management about delays and handling the queue. Staff just wondering around the showroom or sat staring at laptops. Finally I was able to get my car back after waiting 40mins. Volunteered to go get it myself so that the staff can stay and serve people quicker! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a call back on when the part(correct one) will be in. I have made numerous calls to them with no call back. Real world 0 stars! Avoid like the plague

Avoid if you value your time and sanity. Service department is not properly staffed (At the time my car was dropped in multiple job postings for service staff). On all occasions I've had to drop my car in they've never had a replacement. The last time I had my car in, I opted not to get a replacement with AA as I figured the issue was an easy fix. They didn't bother diagnosing the car for 5 days and when they did and had the parts in stock they delayed the fix as they couldn't get me on the first ring despite me ringing them back that day and as usual no one answered in their service department. Also every time I rung, no one in the service department answered.
