I recently contacted their service team to arrange timing belt/water pump replacement for our Kodiaq. It was a great experience, from first call and booked appointment in the same week, very reasonable price, car ready in the evening as agreed. Great experience, to the point and smooth, from initiating to handover. Was looking for an electric car for a while now. Came across McCoy's of Lucan. I'm so glad I did. I was lucky enough to deal with Aideen. I went to look at a Cupra Born. She showed me the one I picked out, but also another 3 different models, just to make sure I was getting what I really wanted. Nothing was to much trouble. We picked the car we wanted and she made the sale so simple and hassle free. Between Aideen and Mags in finance they made everything so easy, even holding the car while I went on holiday.
The car is super, if you want a electric car I'd highly recommend the Cupra Born, but go for the long range 77km car.
