Nick is absolutely the best! He is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely a decent man. He kept in touch to make sure we passed the NCT and that we were happy even after the sale.

I bought a volvo 40 from this garage about a year and a half ago. After one year, I took it back for a service. They told me everything was fine and only did a regular service.

However, just a week later, warning lights started coming on. I returned the car, and they charged me an extra €360, saying something under the wheels needed fixing. The very next day, the same lights came on again. When I went back, they told me more work on the wheels was needed and wanted another €400.

At that point, I lost trust in them. It felt like they kept charging me without really fixing the issue. I won’t be going back to this garage and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
