I was extremely happy with my VW ID3 car service. I brought it in to get a number of issues resolved. Becky kept me informed. She was very knowledgeable and professional. As always my experience with Sheehy Motors was excellent. The service staff were very courteous, professional & friendly and I am happy with my new front tyres as we head into the next few months which could be very wet, cold & frosty. I also had a conversation with a member of the Sales Staff as I am due to change my car in 2026 and again, as always I received excellent advice and will follow up accordingly in the new year. I was also dealt with in a very professional manner by the reception staff when I called to book my car in for the tyre change.

Reminders for the service appointment, fast friendly check-in on arrival. Calls to explain extra jobs to be done and video from the Service Dept to show jobs being done and explained and car ready when expected. I also got driven home while my car was in for the service. Sheehy’s always provide a professional service whether it’s a big or small job - thank you to all the staff I met.
