VW Caddy 1.6TDI | New Clutch | EXCEPTIONAL PRESENT CAREFUL OWNER SINCE 2021, we used it for travelling to work, weekend camping trips and sleeping in etc. LOW MILEAGE:only 158,000 miles. RECENT EXPENDITURE: * New Clutch & Flywheel (August 2025) - Receipt to hand for €1,700.00 * New Shock Absorbers & Coil Springs (August 2025) - Receipt to hand for €706.00 * New Fuel Injectors The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 120,000 miles. DOE AUGUST 2026 TAX BRACKET: €516 per year | Taxed until end April. Currently taxed as a ‘Private Vehicle’ as I don’t have a business. The private tax is far more beneficial in terms of carrying a passenger and using for social, domestic and pleasure purposes (ie. No Restrictions). Prior to my ownership in 2021 it was previously taxed as a ‘Goods/Commercial Vehicle’ (€333 per year) and can easily be returned to ‘Commercial Vehicle’ tax again. However you will need an ‘Income Tax Registration Number’, and with the commercial vehicle tax you are restricted to business use only. (See application forms RF111 & RF111a to return to ‘Commercial Vehicle’ tax) 1.6 DIESEL ENGINE, which offers excellent fuel efficiency with low running costs. It has always been well maintained and regularly serviced. it’s in ‘Exceptional’ condition throughout. MOTORCHECK REPORT: for the new owners peace of mind I have paid for a Motorcheck report to verify the mileage is genuine, no finance outstanding, no accident damage and no hidden history etc. (report available for inspection). I see no reason why the new owner shouldn’t get many years of relatively trouble free motoring from the van as it’s been very well maintained with no expenditure required for the foreseeable future. IN BRIEF: well maintained vans at this price level are hard to come across most of them are tired and tatty with far higher mileage and little or no service history. LOCATION: Dublin 18.
