Forestry for Sale

This is a 21 acre plantation of mature forestry for sale (land & trees). Planted in 1997 with 50% Sitka spruce and 50% North Coastal Lodgepole Pine. There is a clearfell felling licence in place to fell the trees. For access, there is a legally registered right of way over an excellent windfarm roadway which connects the public road to the forest - no additional road building is needed. The forest is directly adjacent to a wind farm substation.
