This is a Stokke nursery changing table - now discontinued - with two curved sides, three levels, two clip on trays, two curved handles for draping clothes or towels. A padded top and in orange with matching baskets for storing baby clothes, nappies. Cover photo is from a catalog website showing the changing table when assembled.
