Bought a bumper for my Kia Sportage on 14.12.25 . Was predicting delivery on 29.12.25 to Derbyshire . Emailed the company and explained I needed the part more urgently . It arrived 19.12.25 . Perfect fit and excellent value for money . Will deffo use this company again .Cant fault them . Brilliant .

Ordered a door mirror for an Opel Mokka.
Delivery by post one day later as promised.

I will use this second hand part company again.

Bought and paid for a part, received something else, got in touch with them, they agreed they had sent the wrong part, I returned the part they delivered, they were mean to send me the correct part, never arrived, cannot get in touch with them now, if I could contact them I would look for a refund, I will have to go somewhere else for the part and suggest you do the same, stay away from this crowd.
Update: the guy I was dealing with returned from holidays and sorted everything out, within a couple of days I had the correct part delivered.
Part was perfect at a good price, would use them again but service is patchy

what a joke. this company sells items and never follows up. ordered crankshaft pulley never recieved. they do not reply to emails, they take your money and run.

I purchased a part over the phone, but unfortunately, it was faulty, and I also incurred a 10-euro delivery charge.  When I contacted them to return it, they declined. Not very professional
