I bought 2016 Peugeot 208 last couple weeks ago, the owner is very professional and gave me very good advice while I chose the right car, car is perfect, also it’s AA approval car, 12 month free membership of AA Ireland and 12 months warranty of the car, very good service and highly recommend.

Stephen is very kind and helpful and tries to accommodate you on all issues and needs when he can. However sometimes his cars have serious problems. Fortunately there is also a very good one year warranty

I bought a car from Hybrid Imports on 8 February 2025. Unfortunately, the first issue appeared on the same day, the multimedia system wasn’t working, but that was just the start. Soon after, I started experiencing serious mechanical problems with the engine, which posed a high risk for driving the car safely. Despite the danger, Stephen, the dealer, ignored the severity of the situation and didn’t offer a proper solution, always telling me to go through the warranty, not showing himself to be an honest seller, especially since I bought the car with issues from the start. The multimedia issue, though frustrating, was secondary to the much bigger concern of the engine’s problems.

I’ve spent over two weeks without my car, which has not only caused me significant stress but also added costs for transportation. I’ve followed every step of the warranty process, contacted the warranty provider multiple times, and even brought the car to a mechanic for a thorough diagnosis. But despite all my efforts, Stephen has stopped replying to my messages, leaving me in limbo.

I also want to warn future buyers that being listed as an “AA Approved Dealer” gave me a false sense of trust. In practice, that approval was completely meaningless when real issues arose. On top of that, the insurance discount that was promised never materialized. I received quotes both with and without the so-called discount, and the price was exactly the same.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and costly. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
