Messaged them they had the part I was looking for, went out was done and dusted in 20 minutes if I'd have ordered the part online the whole transaction would have been quicker. Part was spot on and exactly what I needed

Visited today and had a very disappointing experience at reception. As we entered, we were trying to explain our car model and the parts we were looking for, but the staff member interrupted us twice in a rude and loud tone asking, “What part are you looking for?” without properly listening.

He then asked us to wait, and after 10–15 minutes simply said the part was not available. There was no effort to ask about any other parts we needed or offer any help or alternatives. The overall attitude was very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

We decided not to continue there and later visited Kilcock Car Dismantlers, where we had a much better customer experience and found what we were looking for.

Rude behaviour from the front receptionist. Talking like they owning world biggest scrapyard and they said we will refund if not comfortable i came with receipt today and the guy says we only give credits.
Don't waste your money.
