Called in before hand to ask if they had a brake calliper I was in dire need of, made sure with them they had the correct one in mind and they said it was available, arrived there to find out they had the incorrect part completely

These guys are the worst, I got there at 5pm and they left me unattended until 5:20 when the guy that was seeing me there for twenty minutes finally asked me what I needed, then I showed him the bolt I was looking for, just one bolt and he told me that they had the bolt, but they were going to close in 10 minutes and he won't take the bolt from a car at 10 minutes to close, I pegged for it because I really needed it and I spent all day looking for it on every shop and I need my car tomorrow to go to work but he didn't care..... After having me waiting 20 for minutes..... I hope one they he'll need anything very badly and someone will do the same to him

Bought a piece off them for 100euros  drove over a hour to get it and then brought it straight to the mechanic who realise it was the wrong piece contacted them straight away to ask if I could returned it and completely ignored me have contacted the twice more and sent them proof that uts their piece still won't respond
