Exceptional Customer Service! Every aspect of my very first experience dealing with Armagh Car Breakers and, in particular, the ultra professional, helpful and friendly Jonjo, was such that I have absolutely no hesitation in giving this business a deserved 5* review. With an hour of posting a request with Find A Part, I had an email response from Jonjo confirming that he had a replacement rear outside light unit for my Toyota Avensis in stock, as well as forwarding on different angle photo images of the part I was sourcing! A short phone call was all it took to seal the deal at a far cheaper price, delivery included, than had been quoted from dealers down South...even allowing for the Sterling difference. Hard to credit, but just 24 hours later, DPD delivered the part, with invoice enclosed, to my Waterford City home and the protective packaging was such that it couldn't have been more safe and secure! Overall, I was tremendously impressed with the superb customer service I experienced and I know that my very first 'port of call' will be with Armagh Breakers and Jonjo, a huge GAA football fan, next time I need any car part.
