For Parts 2012 BMW 520 M-sport diesel estate

Have used Cassidy a few times now and have never had any problems,this week I rang them and they said they would check,I text them back later via WhatsApp and they asked for pics of my alternator to make sure it correct , I did have to text again but they replied to confirm price and I drove up that same day and paid price he told me which was 250 less than new one from factors…they are busy place so waited about 15 mins but he was also looking for another part for me…I’d advise to ring or WhatsApp pics like I did to make sure part is correct and just txt back if u don’t hear from them within an hour or so as lads are in yard mostly….i definitely recommend

Everything was satisfactory, but the staff's demeanor was discourteous.

Wasted 2 weeks going back and forth about getting a part delivered, turned out the part was damaged all along so I was refunded. They’re clearly very busy, but David on the phone is a nightmare. Better off avoided
