I noticed a lot of negative comments here, so I wanted to share my own experience. I dealt with Cassidy Car Parts two days ago, and everything went well. They answered all my questions on WhatsApp, and when I arrived, they had the exact part I was looking for ready for me. Unfortunately, the part turned out to be damaged, but they refunded me without any hassle, which I really appreciated. One area that could be improved is the speed of service, as it took a while for the staff to retrieve the parts. Other than that, everything was good. Bad manners, poor attitude and poor customer service from the man on the phone. You have 2 ears and one mouth, listen to people before you constantly talk over them.
