2003 Mitsubishi Pajero Commercial. 134,000 miles only. €333 tax per year. 2.5 , manual. Driving well. 4WD perfect, hasn’t been used much for towing only a couple of times a year. Didn't pass DOE this year but testing garage said Abs light and engine light they are fixable and they were confident they could get them off. Rusting around wheel arch is main reason for failed DOE. Has been brought to a few mechanics who said there was nothing to weld onto . However a garage that specialises in restoration of vintage vehicles said that it was possible to fix by building up the area with new materials and re-attaching the original wheel arch . With this done they said it would pass the DOE. However as the cost for this was more than the jeep was worth lm offering it for sale. It would suit someone who could do this sort of restoration work themselves and get it through the test. It’s a great jeep to drive, sturdy and brilliant at towing. Very rare find nowadays , these Pajeros haven’t been manufactured for several years. €2300 or nearest offer.
