Renault Kangoo parts or repair alloys roof racks

I lent it to some workers for a few days. He was driving it, and it wouldn’t start after he stopped at a gas station. I have no idea what the problem is. They couldn’t fix it, and I haven’t had time to take care of it myself. It’s been sitting in the parking lot for about a year. I just need to clear the space, so I’ll sell it as is.
