Skoda octavia breaking or repair

Skoda octavia 1.9 diesel Laying up for year now Was going to keep it and see what problem is but i bought new van before it wouldnt start. Body is solid as i got the sills welded just before it stopped Its had a gear box replacement Turbo replacement, two new front springs, Its had all new wishbones, shocks, topmounts, anti rollbars, break pads. Car had over 2k sterling spent on it before it stopped. Wasnt fussed on selling but dont have time for it anymore and its just sitting in yard. 4 as new tyres on it also one flat atm but its from laying there just needs air. Brand new battery was put in it but from laying up prob flat. Also had new hand brake cable and shoes on it. Someone mechanical would be able to fix or break it and make plenty on it.
