Vauxhall Astra 2011 fresh NCT but not starting

Selling to the highest bidder- Vouxhall Astra 11mh5824 / for scrap or for repair as not starting. I used the car for ca 3 years - no major damage, just one back lamp cracked and a few minor scratches, as any 2011 car would have. NCT done recently but wires connecting engine control and fusebox burned somewhere - the mechanic claims.
