Bought a BMW 3 series from Karl three weeks ago. He was willing to meet me on a Sunday as I couldn't get the time off work to view the car, and he was openly honest about what work it may need in the future, which wasn't much just tires and some body damage. He arranged for a new timing chain to be put in the car even though it wasn't necessarily needed, but I had requested it as it is too heavy a job to do on our own. I would definitely buy a car from here again as they seem to be genuine people and I appreciate the extra time they put into accommodating my awkward viewing time and collection. Absolute gentleman.

Rang up to enquire about a car adversited for 11.5k. I asked if around 10k was possible and specifically said if it was not I didnt want to waste anyone's time. I was told this was doable only to find out it was not when I visited the next day. I don't mind if a price is not doable but don't waste people's time and money if its not.
