Great experience here . Very helpful staff . My hazard warning light was coming up saying oil change needed and Ash checked it and reset the dash display . In and out in 20 minutes . Great to get it sorted for the bank holiday .

I dropped off my car this morning after only booking a few days ago. Electrical fault and faulty part were fixed and replaced within a few hours - fast and friendly service here would recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. If I could give a minus star I would. Worst customer service ever. Under new ownership and new owner is a nightmare to deal with. Wouldn't give me an estimate, booked my car in and work was not completed as promised. Just book somewhere else.

I experienced three visits to this service centre concerning persistent misfiring in my BMW, accompanied by a check engine light on the dashboard. During the first visit, the technician diagnosed the vehicle as needing a lambda sensor and a set of spark plugs, stating that this was merely a starting point for repairs. These components were replaced; however, the vehicle continued to malfunction the following week.

On the second visit, the diagnosis indicated that a NOx sensor was necessary, which was subsequently installed. Unfortunately, the misfiring persisted the following week. During the third visit, the technician identified the need for a fuel injector replacement, which was completed. Despite these multiple interventions, the vehicle remained in the same state as it was before the initial appointment.

Throughout each repair process, I found the length of time taken for repairs to be excessive, coupled with a lack of effective communication. During my final visit, I felt the technician displayed a dismissive attitude.

My overall impression is one of concern regarding the expertise of the staff or the potential for a well-planned scam!
