We recently purchased a car from Bill Griffin, and I must say, it was one of the smoothest transactions we've ever had when buying a vehicle. From start to finish, every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took  time to understand our needs and preferences, and then guided us to find the perfect car.  I highly recommend buying your next car from Bill Griffin and Michael.

Dealt with Richie on the team who was very very helpful. From the outset he was very straight, with no time wasting. I was having a minor issue with my car after purchase and I reached out to get it booked in for a free check - Richie responded that day and I’m in the  process of having it assessed. I will update my review if any issues, but I don’t envisage any as BGM offers an above market warranty which you won’t find in many places. He sold me an Audi A3 2013.

Outside of that, he’s assisted with queries in relation to tax, immobilisers and updating the infotainment system. He really has been very helpful. Happy to recommend him to anyone.

Update:

An issue has arisen with the AC display unit which I am discussing with the team. This should fall under the bumper to bumper warranty. I have raised this with the team and they are slow to respond on this issue. I will update this review further.
