Failed to call me back to confirm replacement car while car in for service.  Did not contact me before or after service or provide combined health check and video report.  Report highlighted two leaks and cost to fix over 2k but no leaks are evident or visible.  I requested level 3 service at 350 euro, but they recommended level 2 at 310 euro.  Report highlighted extra work which would have been included in level 3 I.e. pollen filter etc, but to get it done now will cost more than if they just had of done the full level 3 as requested.  Also, requested am service and they booked car in for 11am, but I didn't get the car back until 5.45.  all that was dine was a level 2 service.  It was always a happy customer when it was Dorans running the place.
