Had a great experience dealing with Ollie in the shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Made two purchases which were delivered within a few days. Delivery man (whose name I did not get) was one of the nicest and most helpful people I ever met. Would highly recommend ISE Forest & Garden Equipment for any type of lawnmower or garden product.

Very poor sales service over the phone. Called to enquire about a long grass mower which they advertise on their website. The guy said in a pretty rude way they can’t get their hand on anyone. Just when I tried to ask when they expect to get them in he simply hung up.
If he is annoyed people calling about an out of stock item he should simply update the website which is part of a sales job, too. I never bought anything there so far, now this will certainly not change in the future. What a way to conduct business!
