I recently purchased a car from leinster motor group, and I have to say I am delighted with the service I received. Dealing with Chris was so easy. No pressure from him and allowed me to take all the time i wanted to look over the car. I asked to get a few things done before buying and it was no problem at all. A switch failed on one of the windows and the car has been booked in straight away for a new one. I will definitely be returning when I decide to upgrade.

Bought my first new car off chris couple of weeks ago. Absolutely delighted with it. Took all of two days for me to get the car from the application to the signing of the doccuments. Avoid, no support after purchase no reply to emails. Only got a reply after I asked for a refund when I was not happy with the car. "Warranty" does not cover anything better make sure you check the car thoroughly before purchase and read the contract before you sign anything. Asked to escalate my issues to management and I didn't hear anything since. Overall car is OK but it is in wore condition than I initially thought it was. Car POSSIBLY CLOCKED as advised by an independent garage. UPDATE there is rust coming up on the roof and the whole roof needs to be resprayed 3 months after purchase 😡

The paint on the roof was so bad that I had to respray whole roof and one quoterpanel to treat the rust. Main dealer said that it looks that there was some accid spilled on the car and damaged the paint. I didn' notice it on my first car inspection and it was raining when I was collecting the car. I send them email with photos and a detailed list of other smaller issues that I noticed durring ferst two weeks of driving the car. GOT NO ANSWER AT ALL. A week after, I got car inspected by indpended garage and I send another email stating that I would like to return the car and as the garage sugested that the car probably WAS CLOCKED. I got reply only stating that the car was not clocked and my mechaninc lay to me, not a word about all other issues. So I repply "...So at the moment, I'm left with €27k possibly clocked car out of warranty with broken clocks and a number of other issues mentioned in my previous email. It is not the kind of experience I was looking for from Leinster Motor Group and I'm not happy with my purchase. I would like to rise those issues with management." and I never hear anything from Leinster Motor Group after that email. They hoever found the time to reply to my review and provided false information there that I didn't rise any concerns.
